Construction Updates March 4

• Reviewed status of Queen’s Courtyard work:
• More digging this week and concrete removal
• A/C unit out of Reception office and windows fixed
• Timing is on track (4 week expected time frame, one week done already)
• HVAC Status update:
• Ducting into Library and Receptionist office will be installed in the newly cored holes this week and will complete by Thursday.
• There will be hole patching
• The electrical team from Blackhawk may need to come back to fix the connection to the J box that got moved.
• Kathleen advised about the break in of 2/29/2020.  Once police report is filed, she will share the photos and information about the theft with the team for their information.
• Next meeting will be on March 10, 2020.  9:15a in the Fireside Room.
