Wednesday Construction Update Meeting

Meeting was canceled due to construction work on electrical system
This
week’s Top 5 points:
- Electrical work is being done in anticipation of the “big switch over” who’s date is still TBD. Phone and internet accessibility has been affected for short periods of time (1-4 hours).
- Elevator lobby is still awaiting finishes before being opened to public.
- Admin building has been torn down.
- New barriers have been put into place along the outdoor Breezeway ramp and on the 2nd floor to protect against dust and debris and keep people out of the construction zone. Please comply with these safety barriers and stay on the safe pathways.
- We will begin attending bi-weekly meetings instead of weekly meetings beginning on 10/9/19.

- Did not meet due to electrical work being performed on the new panel in the Music Library. First floor was patched in on Wednesday 10/2/10. Second floor was patched in on 10/3/19.
- Per Steve Flint’s email of 10/2/19, we will begin meeting bi-weekly for these construction meetings starting next Wednesday (10/9/19).

Just for clarification, since it was important enough to include in item #5: When you say "bi-weekly" so you mean twice a week or every other week? (Sorry, that word always gives me trouble!)
